The LEAD Center is the community center and people's theater for the Kailua Kona and West Hawaii community.

We offer two spacious theaters for rent to organizations for their business meeting, concert, drama, musical, or other gathering.  We also provide food service/concessions sales for your event if desired.  Theater 1 seats up to 100 people and is the perfect setting for your business meeting or small presentation.  Theater 2 seats up to 240 people and has a full stage/platform to host your concert or play.  Neither theater is equipped with audio visual equipment.

We rent the theater on an hourly basis (2 hour minimum).  The hourly rate ranges from $44 to $80 per hour depending on the type, size, duration, and time(s) of your event.  Non profit organizations are eligible for a 15% discount from the above rates*.  Multi-day events are also eligible for a 10% discount from the above rates.

All Users must abide by our "Acceptable Use Policy" and must provide evidence of Commercial Liability Insurance.
